The Mail Man Carries Dog Treats?

Yes yes yes. It is a fact that there is, at least one that I know of, one smart mailman out there. The mailman that delivers mail in some parts of North Carolina has found his way to all dogs good sides. Dog treats. Some call him smart. Some say what he's doing is obvious. But my darlings, if it is so obvious how come they've never thought about it before? You see, what he does is, he gets out of his truck, feed the dogs the dog treats and then by the time they've finished chewing them he's made his deliveries and is back down the road. Smart guy? Or jsut a guy with common sense?
